Since Dura-Seal was founded in 2007, we’ve focused on providing high-quality industrial and commercial asphalt and concrete services. From health care to retail to real estate development, we serve a variety of clients in industries across the board.

Team

Robert Lester

President and CEO

Bob has more than 20 years of experience in the paving industry. As Dura-Seal has continued to grow, he has held many positions including seal coat foreman, estimator, project manager, vice president, and now CEO. In addition, he has led two buyouts and an acquisition at Dura-Seal, along with the sale of an equipment manufacturing company. Prior to joining Dura-Seal in 2007, Bob studied business finance at Otterbein University in Westerville, Ohio.

Outside of work, Bob has served on the YMCA Gahanna Advisory Board. He enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and six kids.
Richard (Brandon) Reed

Vice President/General Manager

As a co-founder of Dura-Seal, Brandon has more than 20 years of experience in the paving industry. In addition to founding Dura-Seal, Brandon has been seal coat foreman, estimator, project manager, and president. Though he sold his ownership interest in the spring of 2019, he remains a valued leader in the company and holds the title of General Manager.

In his spare time, Brandon enjoys dirt biking, traveling, and spending time with his wife and children.
Brandon Hannah

Operation Manager

Prior to joining Dura-Seal in 2017, Brandon managed a corporate team at Verizon Wireless. With 10 years of experience in management roles, he is currently responsible for managing operations and executing strategic objectives at Dura-Seal, while continuing to focus on maintaining a positive culture.

Brandon holds his Private and Commercial Pilot Licenses from American Flying Adventure Inc. He also enjoys playing sports and spending time with his wife and kids.
Lewis VanLandingham

Sales Manager

Lewis VanLandingham began working with Dura-Seal as a sales consultant and coach in 2015, stepping into the sales manager role in February 2020. In his current position, he oversees efforts to serve current and prospective clients.

Since 2015, as a Sandler Training franchisee, Lewis has led hundreds of training sessions and provided individual coaching to clients on topics related to sales success, business growth, and organizational leadership.

Lewis is originally from Tallahassee, Florida and attended the University of Florida. He enjoys reading, hiking, camping, and outdoor activities, as well as spending time with his wife, six children, and two grandchildren.
Sherif Matar

Chief Financial Officer

Sherif has more than 20 years executive financial management and leadership experience both in local and international markets. Throughout his career, he has helped many entrepreneurs launch, restructure, or expand their business through strategy building, financial planning and structuring, debt or equity financing, setting up SOPs, cash flow management, and business process improvements.
